Hamilton Hives began as a backyard passion project in Morristown, New Jersey, and that is exactly what it still is today. We are JP and Sarah Schultz, and we care for our hives ourselves through every season, from routine hive checks to harvest days.

Our honey is produced in small batches and reflects the blooms and rhythms of North Jersey. This is not a commercial enterprise for us. It is a hands-on hobby we genuinely love, and we focus on doing it the right way: patiently, responsibly, and with real care for the bees and the final product.
